About the role.
The primary duties of this role centre around the production management of all virtual and live events, courses and ownership of the MarTech Alliance studio:

Event Production: working closely with the Head of Events to create production specs, run content and provide a great understanding of what technical upgrades we can bring to our events, whilst underpinning your role with excellent technical knowledge especially with the use of digital content, still photography, film, and video production.

Content Creation: Support the Marketing and Content teams in the creation of engaging digital content for delivery across a variety of media platforms.

Open Course Production: Build an extensive knowledge of the MarTech Alliance learning experience platform to create both new open digital course content and bespoke corporate training areas.

Studio Management: Take ownership of the MarTech Alliance studio including:

  • Perform inventory management on equipment, wiring, and accessories.
  • Clean and maintain audio-visual equipment.
  • Assemble & operate lighting, sound and video equipment for use in live events, webinars, and production of online learning.
  • Run tests on videos, audio, and signals and troubleshooting any problems that arise.
  • Storyboarding of instructional materials.
  • Postproduction; Video editing: lighting adjustment, text/graphic overlays, intros and outros
  • Video asset management: editing, uploading and tagging videos to make them easily retrievable for the creation of new video/learning assets.
  • Other tasks as required.


About you.
What we’re looking for is an individual who is flexible and adaptable to varying production duties, and willing to contribute to the ever-growing products we have available.

You’ll have the right balance of skills and mindset and be looking to grow your knowledge and experience in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge and skills.

  • In-depth working knowledge of camera and lighting techniques.
  • Strong working knowledge of audio-visual editing equipment and software (e.g., Premier Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Visual design skills and ability to storyboard.
  • Working knowledge of live stream management and solutions.
  • Communications skills to work with and guide clients, speakers and instructors throughout the production process.
  • A problem solver with a can-do attitude.

About your experience.
You might be a recent digital media graduate or be in a production role, looking to take those skills into a new position with excellent growth potential.
