About our background
Our founder took the business from being a side hustle on his sofa to an amazing office in east London with an epic team of 15.

We have snowballed from one event to a global event series, a portfolio of digital courses and a library of content. We have built a global community of over 100k marketing, sales and tech professionals to help them grow their careers and companies.

Today we work with companies from TikTok to Coca-Cola and Adobe to McKinsey.

About the role.
Reporting to the CEO and managing a small sales team, the new hire will help us:

  • Manage the sales department and individual sales executives. Run weekly sales meetings; review KPIs & deal pipeline
  • Improve the performance of the sales team through mentoring and training.
  • Research and approach new clients, articulating our proposition to senior executives to convert to sales.
  • Improve our outbound sales prospecting via various channels and deliver agreed calls and email figures.
  • Generate appointments with key decision makers.
  • Create bespoke packages tailored specifically to client goals.
  • Monitor sales objectives and deliver key results.
  • Support the management team with the development of growth strategies and plans.Drive new business development opportunities through your commercial acumen and selling skills.
  • Generating appointments with key decision makers.
  • Develop the sales process and improve account-based marketing methods.
  • Identity, discuss, solve (IDS) any sales issues e.g, team motivation & performance, product feedback & objection handling, speed of deal conversion, pricing, cross & upsell opportunities.

About you.

What we’re looking for is an individual who if flexible and adaptable to varying duties, depending on the shifting needs of the company and its staff.

 

You’ll have the right balance of skills and mindset and be looking to grow your knowledge and experience in a fast-paced environment.

  • Target driven, with commercially awareness to spot new opportunities.

  • A people person - you love to meet new people, connecting/chatting comes naturally.
  • Able and willing to overcome objections and win the support of new clients.

  • Articulate, with solid presentation skills.
  • A team leader.
  • Not afraid of hard work.

 

About your experience.

We’re looking for candidates with a minimum of 4 years sales experience with a track record of meeting (and exceeding) sales targets. You will have coached and motivated sales executives in previous roles.

We believe in a mix of office and remote. It gives us a chance to build relationships with colleagues, learn from conversations we have in the office, while having some flexibility for a great work-life balance.

Being in the office also means you get to build a relationship with Paco – our Chief Barketing Officer.

Our office is based in the heart of London, just 4mins walk from Shoreditch High Street.
