About the role.
All sections of our business are growing fast. We’re now looking for a data-driven Senior Marketing Executive to join our marketing team.

This is an amazing opportunity to elevate and accelerate your career. You will be given advanced training in marketing operations and martech and get certified in both. You will work on the industry’s most respected events series for the martech, marketing automation and marketing ops community.

The ideal candidate will currently be in a marketing role, utilising technology and data to deliver efficient and effective marketing processes and personalised campaigns. You enjoy analysing, optimising and reporting on campaign performance, because that’s the area of marketing that really gets you going.

We will expect you to develop best practice across all our marketing channels for a variety of products and services. Long-term success will depend on you identifying what works, what doesn’t, and how to optimise marketing efforts by implementing the most effective tactics.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the role is fundamental to the success of our sales and marketing function. Your key areas of responsibility will include:

  • Marketing campaigns – End-to-end planning and delivery of imaginative and effective campaigns across email marketing, social media platforms, content marketing, etc.
  • Marketing campaign operations – Help drive marketing campaign performance and efficiency through marketing technology, automation and data analysis.
  • Data management – Centralise, organise, and connect data sets. Segment and select data for sales and marketing activities.
  • Personalisation – Deliver deeper personalisation with our entire audience.
  • Reporting, analysis & insights – Manage marketing and sales reporting, extracting key insights to optimise campaign performance and drive audience development.

  • A solid communicator who can inspire various audiences
  • Not afraid of hard work; you’re prepared to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty

Required Skills

  • Campaign planning, execution and optimisation
  • Data analysis and reporting
  • CRM and data governance
  • Highly proficient using Excel and other reporting tools
Cultural fit, positive attitude and a strong work ethic are key attributes that will be considered essential, alongside previous experience.
