Terms and Conditions SUBSCRIBE AND WIN

General

1. The promoter of this prize draw (“Prize Draw”) is MarTech Alliance, 41 Corsham Street, London N1 6DR (“MarTech Alliance’’).

2. The Prize Draw is subject to these terms and conditions and is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, excluding; MarTech Alliance employees professionally connected with the Prize Draw; MarTech Alliance staff or contractors professionally connected to the Prize Draw and any individuals who live in the same household as those persons referred to above.

Who can enter

3. The Prize Draw is open to all new subscribers to a MarTech Alliance newsletter including; The Marketing & Tech Book Club, #MarTechFest, Stories, Community, Offers & Updates.

4. All entrants who subscribe within the Entry Period will automatically be entered into the Prize Draw.

5. If you do not meet the criteria specified then your entry will not be deemed valid.

6. Entrants may subscribe to multiple email lists at martechalliance.com, but only one prize will be awarded per person.

How to enter

7. Entrants are required to visit martechalliance.com and complete a newsletter subscribe form by supplying their First Name and Email Address. On occasion MarTech Alliance may instruct entrants to email or engage on social media. 

8. No purchase is necessary for entry to the Prize Draw.

When to enter

9. Subscribe and Win competition begins on Monday 1st April 2019 and ends on Friday 30th April 2020 ("Entry Period").

10. Subscriptions after the Entry Period will not be included in the Prize Draw.

11. Entrants must still be subscribers at the time of the Prize Draw to be deemed eligible.

Prize on offer

12. (The “Prize”)The total prize value of books will be up to £250 based on normal book prices.

13. Each month or book promotion period, MarTech Alliance will select a minimum of 1 winner at random from all those entrants who have met the entry requirements for the Prize Draw.

14. Prize draws will take place on; 1/07/2019, 1/08/2019, 2/09/2019, 1/10/2019, 1/11/2019, 2/12/2019, 6/01/2020, 3/02/2020, 2/03/2020, 1,04/2020.

15. Winners will be contact by MarTech Alliance by email after the closing date and the Prize will be sent to the winner via post within 30 days from the date of a confirmation email from the winner.

16. All Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative available

17. If MarTech Alliance is unable to contact a winner within 30 days, the Prize shall be deemed to be unclaimed or unaccepted and a substitute winner may be chosen at MarTech Alliance’s sole discretion. MarTech Alliance will not be responsible or liable for any Prize that is unclaimed or declined.

18. MarTech Alliance reserves the right to substitute the Prize offered (such Prize will be of equal or greater value) and/or alter the Prize Draw in any way, including cancelling or withdrawing the Prize Draw altogether.

19. MarTech Alliance reserves the right to withhold Prizes in the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions or if MarTech Alliance deems, in its absolute discretion, there to have been any malpractice throughout the Entry Period.

20. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions. By entering the Prize Draw all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material. Non-compliance may render you ineligible to receive the Prize.

21. All entrants acknowledge that, in the course of participating in this Prize Draw, certain information about them (“Personal Data”) will be captured, electronically or otherwise, and will be transmitted to MarTech Alliance and third parties associated with the Prize Draw. All entrants expressly agree to:

21a. The transfer of Personal Data to MarTech Alliance and any third parties associated with the Prize Draw for the purpose of processing Personal Data in connection with the administration of the Prize Draw;

21b. The transfer of Personal Data to MarTech Alliance for the purpose of processing Personal Data in connection with providing you with information on products or services that you request from us or which we feel may be of interest to you, where you have consented to be contacted for such purposes; and

22. All entrants hereby irrevocably assign all or any rights in the entries submitted to MarTech Alliance, including but not limited to any intellectual property rights and/or moral rights subsisting therein.

23. MarTech Alliance’s decision is final; no correspondence will be entered into.
