It's to make people feel heard and understood, to feel that their needs are being met by organizations that truly care about them. But before you can do that, you need to gain a deep understanding of how your audience thinks about their problems, how they solve (or work around) them today, what they pay attention to, read, listen, watch, follow... When you have this understanding, you can design great products, position them correctly, and do great marketing. In this session, Rand will explore how to get that audience intelligence.
