AntiConLX Global 2022 - The State of Customer Experience 2022

At AntiConLX Global last week, Treasure Data Director of Marketing Andrew Stephenson and LXA CEO Carlos Doughty presented findings from the recent State of CX 2022 report. 

We all know that great customer experience can provide a key competitive advantage. So why do so many of us still feel that we’re not delivering to customer's CX expectations?

Andrew and Carlos looked at the data to answer these questions.

Key findings include: 

  • The lack of necessary martech solutions is seen as the biggest barrier to CX among CMOs, closely followed by a lack of staff and resources.

  • More than 50% of organisations are using 10 or more channels to engage with customers, which brings into focus the challenges they face providing content and experiences wherever their customers are.
