Cisco Announces an Agreement to Acquire IMImobile for $730 Million

Cisco announces an agreement to acquire IMImobile for $730 million. The deal will add omnichannel customer engagement to Cisco’s software solutions and is expected to close in the first quarter of 2021.

Sprinklr Announces Integration with Q&A Platform, Quora

Insights from Quora will be combined with data from all of Sprinklr’s listening sources to create a unified customer experience strategy. 

“Our partnership with Quora helps brands understand customer concerns and get in front of customers at a critical stage in the buying cycle.” said Pavitar Singh, Sprinklr’s Chief Technology Officer. 

Wonder Raises $11 Million

Wonder raises $11 million to make large virtual events more sociable. We’ve been seeing huge amounts of cash being injected into the virtual events space recently, including the likes of Bizzabo and Hopin, all of which have big plans to bump up the virtual experience and create the ultimate hybrid solution.

“Our main focus is the guest experience… We believe that delivering the best possible guest experience beats everything else.” Said Pascal Steck, Co-founder, Wonder.

TechTarget to Acquire Virtual Event Platform, BrightTALK

The cash purchase price for the deal has been set at $150 million, subject to working capital and other adjustments.

BrightTALK’s offerings allow marketers to create original webinar and video content and engage 8 million professionals who have registered for the platform.

“This acquisition checks all the boxes. It allows us to increase our original content, grow our opt-in audience of registered members and add a material amount of proprietary first-party purchase intent data…” Said Chief Executive Officer of TechTarget.

RichRelevance Announces New Shopify Connector

RichRelevance announce an out-of-the-box integration of their personalisation suite with Shopify eCommerce Platform.
