Simpli.Fi Acquires Coremedia Systems

Programmatic adveritsing and agency management software company Simpli.fi has acquired CoreMedia Systems.

Simpli.fi's move to buy the performance media management software company means the two companies can deepen their existing integration. 

Tango Acquires Agilquest

Tango, a provider of cloud-based software, has acquired AgilQuest, a company which provides flexible and hybrid workplace scheduling. 

“We are thrilled to be joining one of the most respected and innovative workplace technology leaders in the industry,” said John Vivadelli, President & Chief Executive Officer of AgilQuest. “Tango and AgilQuest share a common DNA."

Piano Partners With Snowflake

Digital experience cloud Piano has announced it has partnered with data cloud company Snowflake. 

This partnership is part of the "Powered by Snowflake" programme that enables software companies and app developers to build applications in the Snowflake cloud. 

Vista Equity Partners, Evergreen Coast Capital Acquire Citrix

Vista Equity Partners and Evergreen Coast Capital Corporation have entered into an agreement to acquire Citrix, a digital workplace solutions company. The all cash transaction is valued at $16.5B. 

The companies intend to combine Citrix and TIBCO Software, one of Vista's portfolio companies.

Cloudinary Acquires Indivio

Media experience platform Cloudinary has announced its acquisition of Indivio, a video software company. 

“Cloudinary and Indivio share a passion for visual storytelling and for empowering brands to make better connections with their audiences. We’re absolutely thrilled to become Cloudinarians," said Josh Dorward, CEO and Co-founder of Indivio. 

GWI Raises $180M Series B

GWI has revealed it has raised $180M in its series B round, taking its valuation to $850M. The market research SaaS previously saw a $40M Series A, since which the company has tripled recurring revenue and grown to nearly 400 employees. 

CausaLens Raises $45 Million

CausaLens, a deep tech company offering 'Causal AI', has raised a $45M Series A funding round. 

The round was led by Dorilton Ventures and Molten Ventures. Since January 2021, the company has seen annual revenue growth of more than 500%, and have won clients including Tier1 banks, hedge funds, governments, and Fortune 500 companies.
