Martech Alliance Acquires FS Martech

In a move to "keep upgrading", learning solutions and events company MarTech Alliance have acquired FS Martech. The combination of expertise will allow the companies, and their customers, to grow and learn within the martech space.

BrandMaker Acquires Hive9

BrandMaker, a company specialising in Marketing Ops and Marketing Resource Management, has announced its acquisition of Hive9, a marketing planning, budgeting, and performance management SaaS solution.

Sitecore Buys Search Platform Reflektion

In a continuation of Sitecore's ongoing $1.2 billion growth plan, the digital experience management software company has acquired Reflektion. This interest in the AI-powered digital search platform represents Sitecore's step into the AI-space.

6sense Buys Fortella To Expand Revops Toolkit

6sense, the account engagement platform, has announced its acquisition of Fortella. The addition of Fortella positions 6sense to build on its suite of account engagement tools, and deliver a comprehensive RevTech offering.

Lift AI Teams Up With Drift

Lift AI, an anonymous buyer intent data solution, has teamed up with revenue acceleration platform Drift. The companies hope the partnership will help their customers boost website conversions, increase sales, and improve revenue. 

Leapwork Raises $62 Million

Leapwork, a no-code software test automation platform, has raised $62M in a series B round, led by KKR and Salesforce Ventures. The new round values the startup at $312M.

Bizzabo Partners With Brightcove

Bizzabo, an event success platform, has announced its partnership with Brightcove, a company specialising in video for business. Bizzabo customers can now integrate Brightcove's broadcast-grade streaming tech into any event, virtual or hybrid. 

Verint Acquires Conversocial

Verint has completed its acquisition of Conversocial, a company focused on conversational customer experience delivered over messaging channels. 

In a recent Saddletree research note, Paul Stockford commented on the acquisition:

“Verint enters this customer service market segment at an ideal time and with the potential to redefine the third-party messaging customer experience as it continues to find new applications for its conversational artificial intelligence (AI), as provided by Verint Intelligent Virtual Agents (IVAs)."
