Demandbase Announces Major Acquisitions

The veteran ABM vendor today announced two major acquisitions, the sales and marketing intelligence platform InsideView and the technographics provider DemandMatrix. This follows its acquisition of ABM orchestration and analytics platform Engagio in June 2020.

TikTok Launches New Promotion and Ad Tools

TikTok plan to launch a series of new promo and advertising tools as part of Nation Small Business Week. Users on the app can discover ad then tag businesses using the #SupportSmallBusiness hashtag, The platform is also giving brands the opportunity to tailor their paid ads to specific Designated Market Areas, to reach customers in a more localised way.

Sitecore Acquires Moosend

Digital Experience management software firm Sitecore have acquired the marketing automation and campaign management platform Moosend. Terms of the deal have not been disclosed. The deal folliws Sitecore's recent acquisitions of Boxever's CDP, and Four51's eCommerce platform. 

Phrasee Partners with Braze

The integration of Phrasee's tech with Braze's customer engagement platform will allow customers to optimise brand language across email and push notifications. 

Adlava Partners with Treasure Island

Marketing and software agency Adlava has announced a partnership with Treasure Island Hotel & Casino to rebuild their consumer-facing casino player portal.

Salesforce Launches new Learning Paths

Salesforce have announced the launch of its integrated learning service to enable workplace learning. The Learning Paths will allow employees to work and learn in a single, digital environment.

TPG and Francisco Partners Acquire Boomi

Francisco Partners, a investment firm specialising in partnering with tech businesses have partnered with TPG Capital to acquire Boomi, a provider of cloud-based integration platform as a service. The cash transaction is valued at $4 billion, and is expected to close by the end of 2021.

Snap to launch new Creator Marketplace

The marketplace aims to make it easier for businesses to find and partner with Snapchat creators, including Lens, AR and 'Snap Star' creators. At launch, the marketplace will focus on connecting brands and AR creators for AR ads.
