UserLeap Raises $38M

UserLeap, a platform for AI-powered research for product teams, has announced it raised $38 million in a series B round contributed by Andreessen Horowitz. The company says it’ll put the funding toward product R&D and customer acquisition. 

MeetingPlay Raises $75M

Event software company MeetingPlay has raised $75M. The company plans to use the fund to fuel its next stage of growth and it's development of new products.

Incorta Raises $120M

Incorta, the direct data platform, today announced $120 million in Series D funding led by Prysm Capital.

Since Incorta’s founding in 2014, the company has raised $195 million in total funding. The company plans to use the fund to expand go-to-market operations and meet global demand.

Leandata And Zoominfo Partner

ZoomInfo, a go-to-market intelligence solutions company, has partnered with LeanData, who focuses on lead-to-account matching and routing.

The integration will combine ZoomInfo’s contact data with LeanData’s lead-to-account matching and routing capabilities to provide enriched lead and contact records for improved lead routing. 

Momentum Acquires Research Firm ITSMA

Momentum, an ABM firm, has acquired ITSMA, a company which provides thought leadership and other services to B2B companies. 

"Put simply, this deal is all about giving our combined clients deeper insight, creative thinking, and enhanced hands-on support into what works, what doesn't, and what clients should be thinking about next", explained Alisha Lyndon, founder and CEO of Momentum.

Attendify Acquires Hopin

Hopin, an all-in-one management platform has announced it is acquiring Attendify, an integrated events marketing platform. This is Hopin's fifth acquisition in the past year. 

Flipkart Valued At $37.6 Billion, In $3.6 Billion Fundraise

The Indian e-commerce conglomerate Flipkart has raised $3.6B at a post-money valuation of $37.6B, in what is believed to be it's pre-IPO round.

The new round of funding was led by GIC, Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPP Investments), SoftBank Vision Fund 2 and Walmart. 

Silverline Acquires Shift CRM

Silverline, a digital transformation consultancy, has acquired Shift CRM, a company focused on building solutions on the Salesforce platform for media and entertainment organisations.

Merkle Acquires Livearea

Merkle, technology-enabled, data-driven customer experience management company has acquired LiveArea, a customer experience and commerce agency. The deal is valued at $250M. 

Trell Raises $45M

Social commerce platform Trell has raised $45M in a Series B round, led by Mirae Asset, and H&M Group. The company has now raised $62M to date.

Cisco Acquires Socio Labs

Cisco, the Californian-based networking giant has announced it has acquired Socio Labs, which offers an event tech platform.

The deal was for an undisclosed sum. The Socio Labs team has joined Cisco’s Collaboration Group under Omar Tawakol, vice president and general manager of the Cisco Customer Experience.

Kindred Acquires Relax Gaming 

Kindred Group has signed an agreement to acquire the remaining outstanding shares in Relax Gaming. The transaction values the company at up to €320m .
