Matillion Raises $150 Million Series E.

Matillion, a cloud data integration platform, has announced it has raised $150M in Series E funding. The round was led by General Atlantic, a global growth equity firm. The second triple-digit round of 2021 for the company, this round brings their total amount raised to $310M at a valuation of $1.5B. 

TransUnion Buys Neustar for $3.1 Billion.

TransUnion has signed a agreement to acquire Neustar, an identity resolution company. 

“The credit information and analytics that TransUnion provides make trust possible between consumers and businesses. As digital commerce continues to grow globally, TransUnion’s powerful digital identity assets, enhanced by Neustar’s distinctive data and digital resolution capabilities, will enable safer and more personalized online experiences for consumers and businesses,” said Chris Cartwright, President and CEO of TransUnion.

Persona Closes $150 Million Round.

Persona, the identity infrastructure company, has announced it has raised 4150M in a Series C funding round. This is coming less than six months after its $50M Series B round.

Dialpad Acquires Kare Knowledgeware.

Dialpad Inc., a AI-powered communication and collaboration company, has announced its acquisition of Kare Knowledge, a CX platform. Dialpad stated on their site: 

"The acquisition and integration of Kare Knowledgeware into Dialpad Contact Center broadens the application of artificial intelligence (AI) and natural language processing (NLP) throughout the Dialpad platform to enable conversational AI and elevate both the customer and agent experience."

Incubeta Acquires Maze-One.

Digital marketing group, Incubeta, has acquired marketplace company Maze-One. Maze-One will be incorporated into the Icubeta brand, and Tim van der Bilt will continue to lead the company as its CEO. 

Zeta and Adara Partner.

Zeta, a cloud-based marketing technology company, and Adara, a company specialising in predictive consumer intelligence, have announced their multi-year data partnership.

Maury Lundahl, VP Marketing and eCommerce at Extended Stay America, commented:

“Together, Zeta and Adara data bring unique value to our omnichannel marketing programs. The combination of website data, customer data, and in-market travel signals allows our agency, WMX, to more efficiently and effectively position our campaigns to drive optimized results and greater return.”

Dubber Acquires AI Tech Company Notiv.

Dubber has announced that it has acquired Australia based tech group Notiv. The ASX-listed software group, which specialises in voice intelligence sostware, expects the move will add revenue generating services for the company's customer base. 

The deal comes only two months after Dubber announced it expected to raise $110M for merger and acquisition opportunities. 

AnalyticsIQ Partners With Snowflake

AnalyticsIQ, a provider of predictive marketing data, has announced its partnership with Snowflake, a Data Cloud Company. AnalyticsIQ will now make its B2C and B2B data available through the Snowflake Data Marketplace.
