What advice would you give to your younger self to drive your career?

Nothing is wasted. Don't worry you're wasting time by following your curiosities. Also, shake that fear of not being good enough already for goodness sakes!

What bull$hit marketing advice do you hear too often?

You have to be on all the social platforms; you have to do all the hot new trends. #FOMO

What’s your biggest martech/ marketing ops gripe? Don’t hold back!

When the efforts to roll out a new tech or strategy are grossly underestimated. If it's important enough to purchase or implement, take the time and allot the talent to make it roll out well.

We’ve all read about Mark Wahlberg’s insane 2:30am morning routine, filled with golf and cryo-chambers. What’s your personal morning routine?

Watching last night's Steven Colbert and Jimmy Kimmel monologues over coffee.

How do you keep motivated, and stop binge watching Netflix and eating crisps all the time? Asking for a friend.

Ask yourself what your favourite thing to do is in your current role. Do that first and start thinking about how you can score more of that in your life. What's one tiny thing you can do by the end of the week that would bring more of it?

 

What up-and-coming trend do you predict will take the industry by storm?

Progressive - ending up like your parent once you buy a house omg rolling

I think a puppy might be in my future!!
