This week in MarTech: Bloomreach acquires Exponea, Leadspace raise $46 million, Mediafly raise $25 million and Leadoo MT raise €5 million
Bloomreach Acquires Exponea
Let’s jump into our first story of the week. It’s another major acquisition in the CDP space as Bloomreach have acquired customer data platform, Exponea for an undisclosed amount.
The combination of the two is said to accelerate the speed of execution for businesses to create, personalise, and optimise powerful commerce experiences and accelerate revenue growth for both B2C and B2B brands.

Leadspace Raise $46 Million
Next up, it’s more from the CDP space as Leadspace lands $46 million in funding and a welcome a new CEO onboard. With both the funding and fresh leadership Leadspace plan to accelerate growth, product development and customer adoption of its B2B CDP. Leadspace plans to use the funding to grow the team in both Israel and the U.S.
“B2B teams have been struggling with fundamental data quality problems for years,” said Amnon Mishor, Leadspace Founder and CTO. “Many companies are using old methods and haven’t made enough progress toward fulfilling the promise of AI and modern technology. Our team has worked with some of the biggest B2B companies in the world to build a leading platform that addresses many of their challenges through a source of truth for customer data.”
Mediafly Raise $25 Million
In our next story of the week, salestech firm, Mediafly raise $25 million. At the start of the pandemic like many businesses, Mediafly found themselves having to reduce staff and cut salaries to survive, but as the world adapted to remote working, and virtual selling became the norm, the past two quarters have been Mediafly’s best yet.
In 2018, Mediafly pivoted from a concentration on sales-enablement automation to more of a focus on content, Carson Conant, the company’s founder and CEO said. That shift in focus started to pay off after the pandemic hit as companies were looking for better ways to engage with prospective buyers.
Salestech is becoming another booming space in the pandemic.
Leadoo MT Secures €5 Million
And our final story of the week, Finnish martech company, Leadoo MT secures €5 million in funding through crowdfunding company Springvest.
The round was also backed by the current venture capitalist Open Ocean. Notably, this is Springvest’s second-largest funding round of all time, claims the company.
The cash was raised in just two weeks and is said to be invested in strengthening Leadoo’s chatbot solutions and expanding to new marketing including the Netherlands.
