Infobip Collaborates With Adobe

Proceeding it's acquisition of Frame.io last week, Adobe has now collaborated with Infobip. Infobip, a customer engagement company, has now become an Accelerate partner in the Adobe Exchange Partner Program, in order to simplify digital transformation for customers, and expand the range of offered services. 

Rollworks Partners With Bombora, G2, And Kickfire

Rollworks, a division of NextRoll, has announced additional partner and platform investments. New and expanded partnerships with data providers Bombora and KickFire come alongside an upcoming integration with G2. 

Memberful Partners With Spotify

Memberful, a membership software for entrepreneurs and independent creators, has announced its partnership with Spotify. As part of this, the company's customers will now be able to share paid podcasts directly to the Spotify platform via private RSS feeds. 

Zendesk Acquires Cleverly.Ai

Customer service and sales software company Zendesk has announced its acquisition of AI powered support solution Cleverly.ai. The financial terms of the acquisition have not yet been made public.

Cribl Raises $200 Million Series C

Cribl, an Observability Pipeline company, has announced it raised $200M in a Series C funding round, led by Greylock and Redpoint ventures. This colourful round brings Cribl's total funding to 4254M. 

David Wadhwani, Partner at Greylock, says "Not since my time at AppDynamics have I seen a company taking such an innovative approach to solving a real customer problem. Cribl is enabling customers to realize their long term observability strategies by addressing the single biggest pain point: getting control of the massive surface of data."

Emakina MENA Partners With Tealium

Full-service digital agency Emakina MENA has announced their new tech partnership with Tealium, a CDP company. 

“Our partnership with Tealium will strengthen our ability to deliver state-of-the-art customer experience, developments, integrations and marketing activations – helping our Middle-East clients transition from a 3rd party dependency to a 1st party data model," said Victor Madueno, client service director at Emakina MENA.

Visa Partners With Ascenda

Visa, the digital payments company, has announced a strategic partnership is Asia Pacific with Ascenda, a loyalty technology company. The payment network will be first globally to leverage Ascenda's Nexus platform, which will allow Visa's partners to adopt new reward programmes for customers. 

Talkwalker Acquires Reviewbox

Talkwater, a consumer intelligence company, has announced its acquisition of Reviewbox, an all-in-one review management platform. 

This acquisition will enable Talkwater to expand its product review capability and integrate Reviewbox's e-commerce data into its consumer intelligence platform. 

Wishpond Acquires Brax.io

Wishpond, a provider of marketing-focused online business solutions, has announced its acquisition of Brax.io for $2M. 

“We are very excited with the prospect of adding advertising management solutions to our industry leading digital marketing platform,” said Ali Tajskandar, Chairman and CEO of Wishpond.
