Sprinklr Has Filed for IPO

Set for Wednesday the 23rd of June, Sprinklr's IPO will raise the company approximately $361 Million, valuing it at $5 Billion. It will start trading on the NYSE under the ticker CXM. The SaaS customer experience management platform has raised around $585 Million since it was founded in 2009.

Iterable Announces its $2 Billion Valuation

Iterable has raised $200 Million in Series E funding, as it eyes a possible IPO within the next two years. The company, which helps users send hyper-targeted and automated messages, is now valued at $2 Billion.

Spotify Launches Its Live Audio App

Based on the existing code of Locker Room, the sports-focused app of the audio company they acquired in March, Spotify's new Live Audio App is the streaming platforms foray into the Clubhouse space. The company is also announcing a Creator Fund that will help fuel the new app with future content. 

Spotify Acquires Podz

More news from the music streaming platform. Spotify is aiming to accelerate podcast discovery with their newest acquisition - Podz. Powered with ML tech, Podz encourages podcasts discovery, making it easier for listeners to discover relevant content.

Brella Raises $10M Series A

Hybrid events platform Brella has raised a $10M Series A funding round, led by Connected Capital. Since the pandemic, the offline networking app and virtual events platform has pivoted to virtual events. The company intends to use the funds to invest in R&D, scale its architecture and more. 

Templafy Raises $60M

European Startup and global tech company Templafy has announced a $60M investment, led by Blue Cloud Ventures. Other investors include Insight Partners, Seed Capital, and Dawn Capital. This brings Templafy to $125M in total funding.
